The Work Excellence Method is a work improvement system born from decades of combined experience, skill, and research of our founders. Having worked with dozens of businesses in coaching and consulting capacities, we have discovered that companies and individuals have an opportunity for growth in how they work. Work Excellence, LLC is a business improvement company that offers workshops, business coaching, business consulting, and webinars. Steve Gran
Steve is an educator, coach, and consultant. He has more than 27 years of business experience. He began his career in retail services and quickly moved into distribution and logistics. Steve is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Certified Master Blackbelt.
During his career, he has always focused on applying timeless work principles and has extensively studied and applied ideas for business improvement. Steve has helped thousands of individuals, hundreds of teams, and scores of organizations in their continuous improvement efforts. He has a bachelor’s degree in Transportation and Logistics from The Ohio State University.
Brian Cain
Brian is an educator, coach, and consultant. He has more than 29 years of business experience. He began his career in auditing, finance, and accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Lean Certified, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
During his career, he has always focused on applying timeless work principles and has extensively studied and applied continuous improvement concepts. Brian has helped thousands of individuals, hundreds of teams, and scores of organizations in their work improvement efforts. He has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Accounting from Troy University.
