What an engagement costs

Priced to the number of leaders, Page Sets, and workshop waves involved, not to a headcount-hours model. Here is how it actually works.

How much does Work Excellence cost?

Work Excellence engagements are scoped rather than listed. An Adopt engagement is deliberately small, one team, three to five leaders, about three months. Scale and Transform are priced to the number of leaders, linked Page Sets, and workshop waves. Platform access is included in every engagement; cost per person falls as scope grows.

Leaders involved

Three to five for Adopt, several department teams for Scale, 25–50+ across levels for Transform.

Page Sets

One for a single team; linked sets across departments; cascaded enterprise sets at Transform scope.

Delivery model

Fully remote for Adopt. Hybrid workshops plus coaching for Scale. Wave-based on-site training for Transform.

Duration

One to three months, about six months, or six to twelve-plus, matched to scope, not stretched to bill.

Why we don’t publish a price list

Because the honest answer depends on scope, and a published range would be wrong for almost everyone who read it. Two organizations of the same size can need very different engagements depending on how many departments are involved and how ready their leaders are.
