Adopt. Scale. Transform.

Three scopes, one method. Start where the pain is and expand only once the value is visible.

Short answer

Where should we start with Work Excellence?

Most organizations should start with Adopt: one willing team of three to five leaders, one Page Set, and one Work Routine, delivered remotely over about three months. Scale extends the same method across multiple departments over about six months. Transform installs it as the organization’s on-the-business operating system in waves over twelve to twenty-four months.

On pricing

Adopt engagements are deliberately small, a starter scope for one team. Scale and Transform are priced to the number of leaders, Page Sets, and workshop waves involved.

Cost per person is typically lower at Transform scope than at Scale, though the total investment is larger. Tell us the scope and we’ll give you a real number, not a range.

FAQ

Package questions

How scopes expand, who needs to be involved, and what to do if you are not sure which fits.

Can we move from Adopt to Scale later?

+

That is the intended path. Adopt exists to give you a real proof point in one area with minimal risk. Clients who expand typically do so because a second department asked for it after seeing the first one work.

How many leaders need to be involved?

+

Adopt works with three to five. Scale typically spans several department leaders and their direct teams. Transform involves 25 to 50 or more leaders across multiple levels, deployed in waves so no one group carries the whole change at once.

What if we’re not sure which fits?

+

Describe the problem rather than the package. On a discovery call we can usually tell you which scope matches the situation, and we will tell you if the honest answer is Adopt when you were expecting to hear Transform.

Start with one team and one real problem

Small enough to prove. Big enough to matter.
