Who should join, what to prepare, and what happens if you are not ready to buy.

Who should be on the call?

Whoever owns the problem. That is often a COO, VP of Operations, VP of Sales, or the CEO. If you already know which department is affected, bringing that leader makes the conversation considerably more useful.

Do we need to prepare anything?

No. Come with the problem that keeps recurring. If you want a head start, the organizational assessment gives you a structured read on where visibility, alignment, measurement, and improvement currently stand.

What if we’re not ready to buy?

Then the call is still worth thirty minutes. Most executives leave with a clearer read on which part of their operating system is actually broken, whether or not they work with us. Our average engagement takes six months to a year to come together. We are not in a hurry.
