A Haiti-based enterprise, committed to creating sustainable jobs for local artisans, faced complex operational inefficiencies. While its mission was rooted in preventing family separations through stable employment, the organization needed support aligning day-to-day work with its long-term socio-economic goals. The founder had built an enterprise supporting over 500 artisans, but sought greater scalability, stronger leadership development, and improved strategic clarity.
