Our company workshops focus more on the team as a whole and we work with executives or entire teams to build the Page Sets for their department or area. The Build component helps you create 4 one-page documents to help you and your team visualize and understand the current state. Through the build process, you gain a deeper understanding of the synergistic value of each aspect of your work. The four pages that you create offer a holistic overview of your work that helps you focus on the most important items to improve.

During application, you learn how to use and advance your Work Excellence Method to drive more value from your work. Since the Work Excellence Method is designed around working your way, this step provides the business process reengineering tools to help you apply our methodology your way.
