What payment options are available during registration?

Use the easy and secure Braintree payment tool – most major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.).

When should I register for a workshop?

We recommend that you register as early as possible. Since there are limited seats available, registering early assures your seat will be held. We may allow you to register at the door if space is available. If you plan to register at the door, please call our Customer Support Team at (251) 338-1173, to confirm walk-ins are accepted and to confirm availability of the class.

Can I register multiple people for the same workshop online?

Our online registration form allows for registration of up to 10 people at one time. If you have more than 10 you can contact our Customer Support Team at (251) 338-1173 to register the group or you may register them on-line in multiple groups.

What are the class times for the workshop?

Most workshops have a check-in time of 8:00 am to 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Registration is 30 minutes prior to class time. Please visit the specific Workshop information page to find out what the begin and end times are for your specific workshop.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel up to 5 days prior to the workshop. If you are unable to attend, a participant may attend in your place or you or another participant may attend an upcoming workshop. If you do not cancel 5 days prior to the workshop, then you or a participant may attend another upcoming workshop.

Will I receive a confirmation?

A confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via email at the address you provide during the registration.

I have not received a confirmation?

Check your junk folder or spam folder. Some email messaging systems spam filters are set too tight and they filter useful emails like your confirmation email. Another common reason that registrants do not receive their confirmation is a typo in the email address used during registration. In either case, if you registered for the workshop call our Customer Support Team at (251) 338-1173 and we will resend your confirmation. Be sure to include an alternate email that is less likely to block your confirmation email.
